    Strengthening muscle memory

This level it’s a crucial for the those one’s taking it to the next level, strengthening muscle memory will give the foundation to start improvising over the movements of your body in a rhythm context, adding the complexity of more notes per beat (subdivisions) to your exercises gives you a clear picture on what your body can do and has been doing it since that day you were born, and your brain knows it! Through this mathematical and emotional workout of the rhythm in you, you’ll start to experiment the endless possibilities of movements and learn how to hear your body through breathing and repetition of the same patterns over and over again.
