How Beat based movement stimulates the brain?

Our programs provide stimulation for the brain via multi-sensory inputs and movement that activate neural pathways used in processing information. Neuronal connections in these pathways are strengthened and new connections are established through repeated motions of each exercise, it’s like tiny roads in your brain that help messages travel from one part to another. The more you use these “roads” by learning new things or practicing, the stronger and faster they get!  Like anything you practice in life, the more you do it, the better you get at it. In Beat Based Movement, repetition of each exercise against a multi-sensory setting plays a significant role in enabling the mind and body connection, getting you wired to achieve your personal best wellness.
